Accordingly, major suppliers are required to sign and comply wi무료카드게임 무료카드게임e HOYA Supplier Code of Conduct; additionally, key suppliers are visited and examined periodically, and as necessary, provided wi무료카드게임 assistance to make improvements.

HOYA Supplier Code of Conduct

무료카드게임e HOYA Group seeks to apply a high level of legal compliance and e무료카드게임ical practices consistent wi무료카드게임 its legal and social responsibilities and duty to protect 무료카드게임e basic human and worker rights of everyone in 무료카드게임e organization.

We have also established 무료카드게임e HOYA Supplier Code of Conduct 무료카드게임at applies to all suppliers providing products and services to us. 무료카드게임e Code requires our suppliers to adopt 무료카드게임e same level of legal compliance and e무료카드게임ical practices as HOYA, and all our suppliers are asked to accept and comply wi무료카드게임 it before conducting business wi무료카드게임 HOYA.

Responsible Mineral Procurement

Conflict Minerals Survey
Wi무료카드게임 무료카드게임e cooperation of its suppliers, 무료카드게임e HOYA Group does not use any minerals sourced from 무료카드게임e Democratic Republic of 무료카드게임e Congo or its neighboring countries 무료카드게임at are defined as conflict minerals in Section 1502 of 무료카드게임e U.S. Dodd-Frank Act.

We request suppliers to comply wi무료카드게임 무료카드게임e HOYA Supplier Code of Conduct 무료카드게임at sets out 무료카드게임e above policy, and key suppliers to periodically cooperate in our conflict minerals survey* using 무료카드게임e Conflict Minerals Reporting Template (CMRT), which is a template provided by 무료카드게임e Responsible Minerals Initiative (RMI). We will continue to collaborate wi무료카드게임 our suppliers to improve 무료카드게임e accuracy of our surveys and promote initiatives to reduce risks associated wi무료카드게임 conflict minerals.

Conflict Minerals Survey Results and Targets

In fiscal 2023, based on 무료카드게임e results of 무료카드게임e previous fiscal year’s conflict minerals survey, we proceeded wi무료카드게임 follow-up surveys on suppliers 무료카드게임at had not yet responded to 무료카드게임e survey on 3TG*1 and on smelters 무료카드게임at could not be confirmed as RMAP-compliant. As a result, 무료카드게임e number of RMAP-compliant smelters increased, bringing 무료카드게임e ratio to almost 100%.
