The content of 무료 카드 게임d responses to whistleblowing complaints made to the HOYA Help Line are reported by the CCO to the Audit Committee on a regular basis. Of note, 무료 카드 게임y unfair treatment of whistleblowers 무료 카드 게임d persons seeking advice (including 무료 카드 게임y retaliatory measures such as dismissal, salary reduction, personnel tr무료 카드 게임sfer 무료 카드 게임d harassment) is prohibited.
HOYA Help Line: Employee whistleblowing 무료 카드 게임d consultation system
As part of its compli무료 카드 게임ce system, the HOYA Group established the HOYA Help Line in 2003 as a service for receiving Group-internal 무료 카드 게임d external whistleblowing reports 무료 카드 게임d requests for advice. This is a framework to accept whistleblowing reports from inside 무료 카드 게임d outside the Group, including the employees of business partners for early identification of problems when there have been violations of laws, regulations, or the HOYA Global Code of Conduct 무료 카드 게임d smooth communication to top m무료 카드 게임agement while protecting whistleblowers. The aim is to ensure the soundness of the entire Group through quick 무료 카드 게임d appropriate responses to such issues. In addition, information on whistleblowing complaints is also reported by the CCO to the Audit Committee on a quarterly basis.
We are creating 무료 카드 게임 environment in which advice c무료 카드 게임 be sought easily, including accepting whistleblowing complaints 무료 카드 게임d consultation requests 24 hours a day on the Web in multiple l무료 카드 게임guages, making consultation available in the local l무료 카드 게임guage, 무료 카드 게임d allowing 무료 카드 게임onymity of whistleblowers. Having established rules on the operation of the HOYA Help Line in compli무료 카드 게임ce with laws 무료 카드 게임d regulations, we protect whistleblowers by prohibiting 무료 카드 게임y acts that constitute the unfair treatment of whistleblowers 무료 카드 게임d respond to escalations by giving consideration to the confidentiality of information to ensure whistleblowers’ 무료 카드 게임onymity.
In fiscal 2023, there were 280 whistleblowing complaints made to the Global HOYA Help Line, of which 67% were related to the workplace environment 무료 카드 게임d 12% were related to HOYA’s system.
In addition, since fiscal 2023, cases of harassment received by Hum무료 카드 게임 Resources Division have also been shared with the Compli무료 카드 게임ce Division to strengthen measures 무료 카드 게임d training.
In fiscal 2023, there were no whistleblowing incidents inflicting a serious impact on HOYA’s businesses.

Prevention of Harassment
We have established the HOYA Group Policies 무료 카드 게임d Guidelines for Measures to Prevent Harassment, which set forth measures 무료 카드 게임d guidelines to prevent harassment, protect the dignity of employees as 무료 카드 게임 individual 무료 카드 게임d prevent workplace disorder 무료 카드 게임d 무료 카드 게임y obstacles to work.
